Health Care Support Workers (HCSW’s)
Critical Care has team of experienced and competent HCSW's. They are a valued and integral part of the team. They assist in the delivery of personal care, clinical and technical support and assist in emergency situations. They work alongside registered and medical staff.
Our HCSW's all meet the minimum skill set that was developed to standardise the HCSW role in the NHS. In addition. they have all completed further training and gained NVQ level 3, Diploma in Clinical Healthcare or Foundation Degree in Health. One HCSW is currently undergoing her Nurse Training.
