An intensive care nurse is assigned to your relative and spends most of their time managing the clinical treatments, directed by the medical staff, along with meeting all the general care and personal needs of the patients. Intensive care nurses are highy qualified and have specialist knowledge about managing critically ill people. You will usually have most contact with your relative's nurse.
